Yes. Standard Tracked Shipping is £4.99, and orders of £150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Yes. You can request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes after 24 hours or once your order has entered processing. This is separate from your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, which is explained in our Refund Policy.

Yes. If you are a UK consumer you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, with a full refund including standard outbound delivery and no restocking fee.

Beyond that we voluntarily accept returns for up to 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

A £10.00 restocking fee applies only to non-faulty returns made after the 14-day cancellation period. Return postage is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Washing: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle inside a laundry bag.

Drying: Do not wring. Lay flat to air dry in the shade to prevent fabric distortion.

Ironing: If needed, steam or use a low-heat setting on the reverse side. Fabrics like satin, chiffon, and silk are delicate and can be damaged by excessive heat.

Storage: Hang on a padded hanger or fold in a garment bag to avoid creases.
