Auralde ships to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Costs
Standard Tracked Shipping is £4.99. Orders of £150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (24 to 48 business hours) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed from the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 4 days for tracking information to begin updating.
Estimated Delivery Time
United Kingdom: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, using Standard Tracked Shipping.
This estimate is in addition to the 1 to 2 business day processing period, so most UK orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of being placed. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
Duties and Taxes
All prices shown on our website include UK VAT where applicable. For UK orders there are no customs duties, import taxes or additional charges payable on delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the total price.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@auralde.com with your order number. Once your order has entered processing we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
This is separate from, and in addition to, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. See our Refund Policy for details.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, delivery attempts failed, or delivery was refused, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
